Hi folks. Either you got lost, or you're a friend of mine. Either way I would like to welcome you. There's not much going on
yet, things are slow to develop here. Maybe when I have more free time I will improve this page. Speaking of free time, you
will probably have noticed that I have not been able to regularly improve my web pages of late. I find myself continually
tied up in other matters. Work is the main culprit, but more on that later.
 

My Background

I was born in a small town in Andhra Pradesh of India, but my
family soon gave up the "Central" for the "Silicon." So I grew up both in the midst
of the technical revolution and in its heart. Add to this fact that both my parents
were "information workers" before the term was invented, and you'll find it small
wonder that I'm something of a computerphile.

My Interests

I guess that the best - and fastest - way to really get to know me
is by discovering what I like. So here goes . . .
I love to play criket.
I adore movies - especially classic film noir.
